The Project

Scottish Drugs Forum (SDF) is a membership based drugs policy and information organisation and is a national resource of expertise on drug issues.

The main scope of the project was to refresh their current brand identity and redesign their online presence.

After some initial focus groups with a number of key stakeholders a few areas were identified for further exploration and research. A propposal was formulated based on potential ideas for the revised logo and new website. Sketching, wireframes and a style tile were put together and presented.

Technology Stack

The core component of the stack is Wordpress with Zurb Foundation utilised for the front end.

Overall requirements for the site identified the need for a bespoke CMS with a variety of customisable templates and custom post types for the sections documenting resources, events and training.
